Cheesy Pizza Dip with Focaccia Wedges


This recipe is recommended for 12 servings


  • 1 (16-ounce) box pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup RAGU® pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni, diced
  • 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. To make dip, in microwave-safe bowl, microwave cheese product on HIGH (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Add mozzarella cheese. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes longer or until smooth.
  2. Stir pizza sauce and pepperoni into bowl. Microwave 1 minute or until heated thoroughly. Transfer cheese mixture to slow cooker on LOW setting.
  3. Heat oven to 425ºF.
  4. On large baking sheet, roll pizza crust into 12x8-inch rectangle. With fingers, press indentations into crust. Brush with oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake focaccia 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown; check crust halfway through baking, making sure indentations are still visible. Cool slightly. Cut into squares or diamond shapes. Serve with warm pizza dip.
