Chicken, Cheese and Bacon Quesadillas

  • 1 cup garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • 6 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas


  1. In bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, shredded cheese and bacon bits; mix well. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half.
  2. On hot griddle or in large, hot skillet, cook quesadillas 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut each quesadilla into wedges; serve with favorite Mexican toppings.
