Chipped Beef on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 (2.5-ounce) package HORMELĀ® Sliced Dried Beef, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 slices toast

Directions

  1. In skillet, melt butter. Add dried beef; cook 3 minutes. Stir in flour; add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes longer. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Spoon evenly over each slice toast.
