Mile-High Omelet

Start the day off with a fantastic breakfast.


This recipe is recommended for 4 servings


  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup HORMEL┬« CURE 81┬« Diced Ham
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Vegetable oil


  1. In large bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. Stir in ham, bell pepper and onion.
  2. Coat medium skillet with oil; heat over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture. Stir once; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook until eggs are set and puffed.
  3. Remove skillet from heat; sprinkle omelet with cheese. Cover until cheese is melted. Cut into 4 wedges.
