Southwestern Chicken Dinner

Keep everyone close when you get home ... dinner will be ready in less than 15 minutes.


This recipe is recommended for 4 servings


  • 2 (5.4-ounce) packages Mexican rice and sauce mix
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMELĀ® Roasted Chicken Breast Entree
  • 4 CHI-CHI'SĀ® Fajita Tortillas, heated


  1. Prepare Mexican rice and sauce mix according to package directions.
  2. In small pan, warm beans over medium-low heat.
  3. Microwave chicken according to package directions.
  4. Divide rice and sauce, beans and chicken evenly among 4 plates. Serve with warm tortillas.


  1. To heat tortillas in microwave: Heat 4 at a time by separating tortillas with paper towels, covering top and bottom of stack as well. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 25 seconds.
