Taco Soup
Make a tasty soup with a cheesy surprise on the bottom.

Ingredients
3 cups water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'SĀ® Thick & Chunky Salsa Hot
1 (15-ounce) can HormelĀ® Chili No Beans
Directions
In large saucepan, stir together water, salsa and chili over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until hot and flavors are blended.
Place 1/4 cup cheese in bottom of each of 4 bowls. Pour soup over cheese. Top with chips, lettuce and sour cream.
