Vegetable Medley Ham Casserole

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) jar processed cheese spread, melted

3/4 cup milk

4 cups frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed and drained

1 (16-ounce) package frozen vegetable medley, thawed and drained

2 cups Cure 81® Boneless Ham, diced

1 onion, chopped

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed buttery crackers
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl, combine cheese spread and milk. Add potatoes, vegetable medley, ham and onion; mix well. Spread mixture into 13x9-inch baking pan; cover.

Bake casserole, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crackers. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crackers are golden.
