Stir-Fry Pork with Peanuts

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings


  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Flavor Pork Tenderloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon minced peeled gingerroot
  • 1 cup (1 1/2-inch) pieces green onions
  • 1/2 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir-fry Sauce
  • 4 cups hot, cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts


  1. In wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and gingerroot; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned.
  2. Add onions to wok; sitr-fry 1 minute. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
  3. Spoon pork mixture over hot rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
