Stir-Fry Pork with Peanuts

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 1/2 pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Flavor Pork Tenderloin, cut into thin strips

1 teaspoon minced peeled gingerroot

1 cup (1 1/2-inch) pieces green onions

1/2 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir-fry Sauce

4 cups hot, cooked rice

1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Directions

In wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and gingerroot; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned.

Add onions to wok; sitr-fry 1 minute. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.

Spoon pork mixture over hot rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
