Cranberry and Orange Chicken Wraps

Take a break from sandwiches and make something a little more exciting for lunch.


This recipe is recommended for 4 servings


  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, 10 inches
  • 1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® White Chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
  • Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)


  1. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, orange peel and juice, seasoned salt and cayenne; mix well. Stir in cranberries, pecans and onion.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture in center of each tortilla. Top each evenly with chicken, bell pepper and lettuce. Roll up tortillas; secure with wooden picks.
