Chicken and Salsa Tortilla Bites

  • 1 cup garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa, drained
  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas


  1. In small bowl, stir together cream cheese, chicken and salsa. Gently stir until well mixed.
  2. Cut tortillas into 1-inch pieces to serve.
  3. Spread chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. Tightly roll up tortillas. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until serving time.


  1. For extra kick, you can substitute 1 cup jalapeño-flavored cream cheese for the vegetable cream cheese.
