ITALIAN BREAKFAST SANDWICH

Italian Breakfast Sandwich

Change things up at breakfast with this delicious breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup herbed cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 4 large eggs, fried
  • 8 slices DI LUSSO┬«, Sopressata Salami, fried until slightly crisp
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Lightly brush cut sides of rolls with oil; broil until toasted and lightly browned. (Or toast on hot griddle.) Spread cut sides of rolls evenly with cream cheese spread.
  3. Place about 1/4 cup spinach on bottom half of each roll. Top with egg and Sopressata. Cover with top halves of rolls. Serve immediately.
