Italian Breakfast Sandwich
Change things up at breakfast with this delicious breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients

4 ciabatta rolls, split

1/4 cup herbed cream cheese spread

1 cup fresh baby spinach
-
4 large eggs, fried
-
8 slices DI LUSSO®, Sopressata Salami, fried until slightly crisp

Olive oil
Directions

Heat broiler.

Lightly brush cut sides of rolls with oil; broil until toasted and lightly browned. (Or toast on hot griddle.) Spread cut sides of rolls evenly with cream cheese spread.

Place about 1/4 cup spinach on bottom half of each roll. Top with egg and Sopressata. Cover with top halves of rolls. Serve immediately.
