Teriyaki Sausage Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided

1 carrot, sliced diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick pieces

1 yellow onion, cut into thin wedges

1 cup snow peas
-
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Turkey Smoked Sausage

1/4 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® KOREAN TERIYAKI™ Stir-fry Sauce

Hot, cooked brown rice
Directions

In skillet or wok, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat. Add carrot and onion; stir-fry 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Remove from skillet.

Add 1 teaspoon oil to skillet. Add snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Remove from skillet.

Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil to skillet. Add sausage; stir-fry 3 minutes. Return stir-fried vegetables to skillet. Add teriyaki sauce. Cook, stirring, until heated thoroughly. Serve with hot rice.
