Nutty Banana Pancakes

Prepare a special breakfast this morning featuring SKIPPY® peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup original pancake and baking mix
  • 1/3 cup SKIPPY┬« Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 large banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • Sliced banana
  • Maple syrup

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, peanut butter, milk, chopped banana, pecans, cinnamon and egg; mix well.
  2. Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Scoop about 1/3 cup batter into skillet; cook, turning once, until pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Serve pancakes topped with banana slices and maple syrup.
