Apricot Glazed Ham

  • 1 HORMEL® CURE 81® Boneless Ham
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar apricot or peach preserves
  • 3 tablespoons DI LUSSO™ Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup


  1. Bake ham according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine preserves, mustard and maple syrup; mix well.
  3. Remove ham from oven 30 minutes before end of baking; drain any liquid. Spoon or brush preserve mixture over ham. Return to oven; bake 30 minutes longer. Place ham on serving platter; thinly slice.
  4. Heat any remaining preserve mixture; serve alongside ham as dipping sauce, if desired.
