Bacon and Spinach Panini

Ingredients

1 (7-inch) loaf focaccia bread

12 slices HORMELĀ® Fully Cooked Bacon

1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach

8 (3/4-ounce) slices sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

Lightly coat focaccia with cooking spray.

Slice focaccia in half horizontally. Place 6 slices bacon on bottom half; layer with spinach, cheese and remaining 6 slices bacon. Cover with top half of focaccia.

Place sandwich in panini grill or other contact grill; grill 6 minutes or until sandwich is toasted and cheese is melted.
