Bacon and Spinach Panini

Shake up your lunch routine with this fantastic sandwich.


This recipe is recommended for 4 servings


  • 1 (7-inch) loaf focaccia bread
  • 12 slices HORMELĀ® Fully Cooked Bacon
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach
  • 8 (3/4-ounce) slices sharp Cheddar cheese


  1. Lightly coat focaccia with cooking spray.
  2. Slice focaccia in half horizontally. Place 6 slices bacon on bottom half; layer with spinach, cheese and remaining 6 slices bacon. Cover with top half of focaccia.
  3. Place sandwich in panini grill or other contact grill; grill 6 minutes or until sandwich is toasted and cheese is melted.
