Beef Roast and Noodle Casserole

Serve it up while it's hot - this traditional casserole will be ready in no time.

Ingredients
  • 2 (4-ounce) packages Alfredo noodles and sauce
  • 1/2 cup diagonally cut green onions
  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Family Pack Beef Roast Au Jus Entree

Directions
  1. Prepare noodles and Alfredo sauce according to package directions.
  2. Microwave beef roast au jus according to package directions; remove plastic film. Using 2 forks, pull beef apart into bite-size pieces.
  3. In microwave-safe casserole, place noodles and sauce; fold in beef and au jus. Microwave to reheat, if desired. Sprinkle with onions.
