Transcript: Heating Your Boneless Ham
Hormel® Cure 81® hams are simply the best in the business. They are fully cooked and can be served right out of the fridge. Simply remove the ham from the wrapper, place on a platter and serve. Plan on three ounces of ham per person.
For a more traditional ham experience, serve your ham warm. Follow these simply heating and glazing tips for an unforgettable feast.
Remove ham from package and place in a baking pan. Add one cup of water to the pan. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes per pound, or until the ham has warmed through. The optimum serving temperature is between 135 and 140 degrees.
For a delicious spicy cranberry glaze, mix together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, cloves, cinnamon and allspice. Heat until smooth. 30 minutes before the ham is done, spoon half of the glaze over the ham. Continue baking uncovered. Serve ham with the remaining glaze.
