Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 6 slices Hormel® Canadian Style Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 6 bagels, split and toasted
  • 6 (1-ounce) slices American cheese

Directions

  1. In medium skillet, cook Canadian bacon over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. In same skillet, melt butter; add eggs. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 minutes or until eggs are set but still moist.
  3. Top bottom half of each bagel with scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and cheese. Cover with top halves of bagels.
