This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
1 (6-ounce) package Hormel® Canadian Style Sandwich Bacon, julienned
2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
2 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons honey mustard
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
In large nonmetal bowl, combine Canadian bacon, broccoli, bow-tie pasta, bell pepper and onion; mix well.
In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; add to pasta mixture, mixing well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
