Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) package Hormel® Canadian Style Sandwich Bacon, julienned
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
  • 2 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. In large nonmetal bowl, combine Canadian bacon, broccoli, bow-tie pasta, bell pepper and onion; mix well.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; add to pasta mixture, mixing well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
