This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
2 Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 (10-inch) pizza crusts , divided
2 tablespoons light olive oil, divided
1 (2.8-ounce) package Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into pieces and divided
1/2 cup julienned sun-dried tomatoes, divided
1 cup finely shredded Gouda cheese, divided
Directions
In large nonstick skillet, cook onions and sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 25 to 30 minutes or until caramelized. Stir in vinegar. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, prepare grill. Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
Place 1 pizza crust on grill rack; grill 3 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown. Turn crust so grill marks face upward. Brush crust with 1 tablespoon oil. Top with 1/2 each of onions, bacon, tomatoes and cheese.
Cover pizza; grill 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Repeat with remaining crust and toppings.
