Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 16 servings
  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sliced ripe olives

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In bowl, combine chili, rice, eggs, chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce; mix well. Pour into baking dish.
  3. Bake chili mixture 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set; cool. Cut into squares. Serve with sour cream, green onions and olives.
