1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese , softened
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
6 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Chili No Beans, heated according to package directions
Directions
In bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheese; mix well. Spread cheese mixture over each tortilla.
Fold tortillas in half. Lightly brush outside of each tortilla with small amount of oil.
Heat large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place filled tortilla in skillet; cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Cut quesadillas into wedges. Top with warm chili and assorted toppings such as sour cream and salsa.
