Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese , softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 6 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Chili No Beans, heated according to package directions

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheese; mix well. Spread cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  2. Fold tortillas in half. Lightly brush outside of each tortilla with small amount of oil.
  3. Heat large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place filled tortilla in skillet; cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. Cut quesadillas into wedges. Top with warm chili and assorted toppings such as sour cream and salsa.
