Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® Beef Tips & Gravy Entree
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 4 ounces light or regular sour cream
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms; sauté, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until tender. Add beef tips and gravy; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes longer. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir onions and sour cream into skillet until thoroughly mixed. Serve over hot egg noodles.
