Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 24 slices HORMEL® Pepperoni, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (12-ounce) package spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed

Notes

  1. Serve as a quick after-school or before-the-game supper for busy kids.

Directions

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring gently to prevent burning, until fragrant. Stir in pepperoni. Add spaghetti; cook, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is heated and coated with oil.
