Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 (10-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chunk Chicken, drained
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 hard-cooked large eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Notes

  1. If you'd like, replace 1 can of chunk chicken with Hormel® chunk ham or turkey.

Directions

  1. On platter, arrange each ingredient. Fill lettuce leaves with chicken, bacon bits, tomato, cheeses and eggs. Drizzle with dressing; roll up lettuce.
