This recipe is recommended for 8 servings
1 (17.3-ounce) can refrigerated large corn biscuit dough
2 cans Hormel® Chili No Beans
1 (16-ounce) package Wranglers® Beef Franks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease outsides of 8 standard-size muffin cups.
Gently press each biscuit over bottom of muffin cup, carefully pressing and forming dough over side of each cup. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before removing cups from muffin pan.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine chili, franks and onion. Cook chili mixture until heated thoroughly. Spoon chili mixture into each biscuit cup. Top with shredded cheese, pickle relish, ketchup and mustard, if desired. Serve immediately.
