Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 12 servings
  • 1 (17.3-ounce) can refrigerated large corn biscuit dough
  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
  • 1/2 package WRANGLERS® Smoked Franks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease 13x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Lightly press biscuit dough into bottom and slightly up sides of baking dish. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine chili, franks, cheese and onion; mix well.
  4. Spread chili mixture in baking dish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is hot.
  5. Cut casserole into squares; serve immediately. Top with additional shredded cheese, onion, relish, ketchup and mustard, if desired.
