Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant white rice
  • 1 (16-ounce) package WRANGLERS® Smoked Franks, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions. In bowl, stir together rice, franks, chili and onion.
  3. Pour chili mixture into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
