  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cornbread mix
  • 4 slices HORMEL® CURE 81® Sliced Ham, finely diced

Notes

  1. Serve with other breakfast or brunch entrees or as an accompaniment to soups or Mexican food.

Directions

  1. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions, adding ham to batter. Divide batter evenly among 6 to 8 paper-lined muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
  2. Bake muffins according to package directions until lightly browned.
