Ingredients

  • 1 (5-ounce) jar Hormel® Sliced Dried Beef
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce
  • Bread cubes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Rinse dried beef with boiling water; drain. Chop dried beef into small pieces.
  3. In bowl, combine beef, cream cheese and milk; mix well. Stir in onion, horseradish and hot sauce. Spoon mixture into 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake dip 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with bread cubes.
