Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (5-ounce) jar HORMEL® Sliced Dried Beef
  • 4 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse dried beef with boiling water; drain. Chop dried beef into small pieces.
  3. In bowl, combine beef, noodles, soup and milk; mix well. Stir in cheese and onion. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  4. In small bowl, toss together breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over beef mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
