Ingredients

  • 1 (5-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Ham, drained and flaked
  • 3 cups chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 avocados, cut in half, pitted and peeled
  • Lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. In large bowl, toss together ham, apple, celery and walnuts.
  2. To make dressing, in small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and garlic salt.
  3. Fill avocado halves evenly with ham mixture; place on lettuce-lined plate. Top with dressing.
