Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
  • 1 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 8 ounces HORMEL® Corned Beef, sliced and chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line 9-inch pie plate with 1 pie crust; trim edge. Do not prick crust. Bake 10 minutes; cool.
  3. Spread mustard over bottom of crust.
  4. In medium bowl, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, dressing and sour cream; mix well. Spoon into crust.
  5. In circular fashion, cut 1/2-inch strip from outer edge of remaining pie crust. Cut remainder of pie crust into 6 wedges. Arrange over filling, slightly overlapping each piece. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
