Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni
  • 1 red bell pepper, for garnish
  • 1 green bell pepper, for garnish
  • 1 package slivered almonds, for garnish
  • 1 package sliced Cheddar cheese, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425ºF. Grease baking sheet.
  2. Unroll dough onto baking sheet; round corners. Spread pizza sauce over half of dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top generously with pepperoni. Fold untopped half of dough over pepperoni; press edges to seal.
  3. Bake calzone 11 to 16 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut red bell pepper for stingray tail and scales, green bell pepper into ovals for eyes with slivered almonds and sliced cheese for tongue and teeth. Press stingray features into warm crust after baking.
