This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 1/2 cups Cure 81® Boneless Ham, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Separate dough into triangles; press dough into 12-inch round baking pan, pressing perforations to seal and building up slight outer rim. Sprinkle with ham, potatoes and cheese.
In bowl, beat together eggs and milk; pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with onions.
