Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, divided
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12-inch) prebaked Italian pizza shell
  • 2 cups Cure 81® Boneless Ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, 4 to 6 minutes longer or until mixture boils and thickens. Cool slightly.
  3. In medium skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add eggs; cook, stirring frequently, 4 to 6 minutes or until soft scrambled. Stir milk mixture into eggs.
  4. Spoon egg mixture over pizza shell. Top with ham, cheese, mushrooms and onions. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
