Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 40 slices HORMEL® Pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Notes

  1. Suggested toppings for these fast and fabulous pizzas are sliced fresh mushrooms, sliced green bell pepper, sliced red onion, diced tomato and fresh herbs.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425ºF. Grease two baking sheets or prepare baking stone.
  2. Unroll dough. Cut dough into quarters; place 2 pieces dough on each baking sheet. Starting at center, press each piece dough out with hands to form 5-inch square.
  3. Top each dough square with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, one-fourth of pepperoni, additional toppings as desired and cheese.
  4. Bake pizza 12 to 16 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
