4 (16-ounce) slices Hormel® Black Label® Bacon
2 (15-ounce) cans Hormel® Corned Beef Hash
4 drops hot pepper sauce
4 large eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool.
In large skillet, cook hash over medium heat until hot. Stir in bacon and hot sauce. Divide mixture evenly among 4 ovenproof dishes. Make indentation in hash in each dish. Crack eggs into indentations. Cover; bake 10 to 15 minutes or until eggs are cooked as desired.
