Ingredients

  • 4 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 4 large eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool.
  3. In large skillet, cook hash over medium heat until hot. Stir in bacon and hot sauce. Divide mixture evenly among 4 ovenproof dishes. Make indentation in hash in each dish. Crack eggs into indentations. Cover; bake 10 to 15 minutes or until eggs are cooked as desired.
