Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for medium-hot coals.
  2. Alternately thread pork, zucchini and tomatoes onto large metal skewers. Brush lightly with oil.
  3. Grill, turning once, 12 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 160°F.
