Ingredients

  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
  • 1 (9-ounce) package Hormel® Natural Choice® Honey Deli Ham
  • 1 ripe pear, cored, cut into quarters and thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

Notes

  1. To microwave: On microwave-safe plate, assemble quesadillas according to recipe. Microwave each on HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese starts to melt.

Directions

  1. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place 1 tortilla in skillet. Top half of tortilla with 1/4 each of ham, pear and cheese. Carefully fold unfilled half over filling.
  2. Cook quesadilla 1 to 2 minutes or until bottom is just starting to brown. Gently press quesadilla together; carefully turn over. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until bottom is just starting to brown and cheese starts to melt. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
