Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 40 servings
  • 2 (12-ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough (10 count)
  • 1 (5-ounce) can HORMEL® Chunk Ham, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease miniature muffin cups.
  2. Cut each biscuit in half. Place biscuit halves in miniature muffin cups, pressing gently to fit.
  3. In bowl, combine ham, cheese, pineapple, bell pepper and pizza sauce; mix well. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into each cup.
  4. Bake pizza bites 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is hot and golden brown. Serve warm.
