  • 2 (12-ounce) packages frozen winter squash
  • 4 (1/2-inch-thick) slices HORMEL® CURE 81® Boneless Ham

Notes

  1. A contact grill cooks from the top and bottom at the same time, cutting cooking time in half. It was made popular by heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman.

Directions

  1. Microwave squash according to package directions.
  2. Coat ham steaks with cooking spray; place in large contact grill. Grill 3 to 4 minutes or until ham is browned and hot.
  3. Serve ham steaks with squash.
