This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen baby sweet peas
4 gluten-free pita breads
1/4 pound Hormel® Cure 81® Sliced Ham, chopped
1 1/4 cups Swiss shredded cheese
2 sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 large lettuce leaves
Directions
In medium saucepan, cook peas according to package directions; drain. Refrigerate until chilled.
Cut pita breads in half; carefully open pockets.
In bowl, combine ham, peas, cheese, pickles and mayonnaise; mix well.
Place 1 leaf lettuce in each pita pocket. Divide ham salad evenly among pockets.
