  • 1 (8.8-ounce) package red beans and rice
  • 1 (8.8-ounce) package HORMEL® CURE 81® Boneless Ham

Directions

  1. Prepare red beans and rice according to package directions. Cover; let stand to develop flavors.
  2. Coat large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add ham. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, turning ham over once, 7 minutes on each side or until heated thoroughly. If skillet dries out, add small amount water.
  3. Serve ham steaks with red beans and rice.
