Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 2 servings
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 6 slices Hormel® Natural Choice® Honey Deli Turkey
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh apricots, cut into small wedges
  • 1/4 cup citrus salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint

Notes

  1. You can use 1/4 cup dried apricots instead of the fresh apricots.

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine spinach, turkey, avocado and apricots. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Sprinkle with mint.
