Ingredients

  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Meatloaf With Tomato Sauce Entree
  • 1 cup finely shredded Italian four-cheese blend
  • 4 pita breads, sliced to create pockets

Directions

  1. Heat meat loaf according to package directions, but cooking only half of recommended time.
  2. Remove film from meat loaf; break meat loaf into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix gently.
  3. Divide meat loaf mixture evenly among pita breads. Wrap pitas individually in paper towels. Microwave 3 to 5 minutes each or until pitas are soft and meat loaf mixture is hot.
