Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 40 servings
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 (16.3-oz) cans Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated biscuits

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease miniature muffin cups.
  2. To make filling, in bowl, combine pepperoni, cheese, tomato, mayonnaise and pesto; mix well.
  3. Cut each biscuit in half. Place biscuit halves in muffin cups, pressing gently to fit. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into each cup.
  4. Bake pepperoni bites 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
