Ingredients

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups rotini
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni, cut in half or into quarters
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing

Notes

  1. Serve with your favorite salad toppings: ripe olives, garlic croutons or grated Parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. In saucepan, cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold running water; drain again.
  2. In bowl, combine rotini, pepperoni, tomatoes and dressing; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
